Solar Panels

Solar PV (photovoltaic) panels convert energy from the sun to create electricity through a range of solar wafers, cells and modules. The panels require only daylight to generate electricity and can generate power even on a cloudy Scottish day.

Heat Pumps

Air source heat pumps extract heat from the outside air in the same way that a fridge extracts heat from its inside. The pumps can extract heat from the air even when the outside temperature is well below zero degrees.

Health, Safety and Environment

McCaig Renewables is committed to fulfilling its duties as an employer to protect Health, Safety & Environment of its employees, visitors and others who may be affected by our business activities, so far as reasonably practicable. Health and Safety is regarded as a fundamental and integral element of the way in which McCaig Renewables operates.
